Internal or Family Medicine Physician (Women's Health)

What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans through video visits.
• Provide consultations, medical guidance, and prescribing when clinically appropriate for 10–20 patient-facing hours per week.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team and follow clinical policies, standards, and best practices.
• Educate patients on preventive care and wellness using evidence-based strategies.
• Maintain accurate medical records, complete timely charting, and respond to patient and administrative messages.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Active national board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• At least two consecutive years of clinical experience as an Internal or Family Medicine Physician focused on women’s health conditions.
• Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional licensure in at least one U.S. state, including a state with an active hiring need; multistate licensure or eligibility through IMLC is required.
• Autonomous clinical judgment, strong diagnostic and critical-thinking skills, compassionate communication, and the ability to build patient trust virtually.
• Technical proficiency with EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools.

Nice to have

• Prior telehealth experience.
• Experience or willingness to expand expertise in PCOS, thyroid disease, metabolic syndrome, menopause, perimenopause, HRT, PMDD, obesity, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and mild-to-moderate anxiety or depression.
