Bilingual (Spanish) Physician Assistant - Virtual Health Assessment (GA License Required)

Location: Remote within Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Virginia. Occasional travel may be required for team meetings and company events.

Salary: $116,400–$145,500 per year, plus annual performance bonuses.

What you will do

• Provide evaluation, management, and high-quality care for patients in a virtual setting.
• Use prescriptive authority under a collaborative practice agreement and partner with physicians on comprehensive care, especially for complex patients.
• Follow up on laboratory results, imaging, and closed-loop communication with patients and other providers.
• Conduct virtual examinations using remote monitoring equipment, remote physical examination tools, and point-of-care diagnostics.
• Collaborate with registered nurses, medical assistants, primary care providers, behavioral health clinicians, and clinical supervisors.
• Provide feedback on operational workflows and virtual-care product features while participating in huddles, case conferences, and service-line meetings.

Requirements

• DNP, FNP, ENP, or Physician Assistant qualification from an accredited program.
• Board certification through NCCPA, AANP, or ANCC.
• At least 3 years of outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care experience and at least 2 years of virtual-care experience.
• Licensure in at least two core Oscar states, including a required Georgia license.
• Fluency in written and spoken Spanish.

Nice to have

• Texas, Florida, or Ohio licenses.
• Compact RN license for APRNs.
• Experience with remote diagnostic and home monitoring tools.
• Willingness to obtain additional licenses in Oscar Medical Group states.
