TL;DR

Spanish/English Customer Service Representative (Customer Service/Collections): Managing client accounts and assigned portfolios by analyzing payment histories, communicating account statuses, and negotiating collection arrangements with an accent on bilingual customer communication and high-volume inbound call handling. Focus on documenting account activity accurately, resolving customer issues, and escalating sensitive cases to the Team Leader.

Location: Memphis, Tennessee, USA. Eligible to work in the USA required.

Salary: $18.50 per hour.

What you will do

Analyze payment histories and account notes.
Communicate account statuses clearly to customers.
Recommend solutions and negotiate acceptable collection arrangements.
Escalate sensitive and complex issues to the Team Leader.
Document all account activities clearly and according to established procedures.

Requirements

High school diploma required.
Fluent English and Spanish required.
Ability to type at least 30 words per minute.
Customer service, retail, or contact center experience.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel; ability to handle high-volume inbound calls.
