Customer Experience Associate (Bilingual; Spanish) (Part Time, Remote) (Digital Health)

Location: Remote; 8am-5pm PST working hours

Compensation: $24.00–$26.00 per hour

hirify.global is a healthy aging platform that provides personalized, evidence-based exercise programs for Medicare members to help prevent falls, reduce musculoskeletal pain, and increase physical activity.

What you will do

• Conduct daily high-volume outreach to new and existing members by phone, text, and email.
• Answer inbound support tickets and complete assigned tickets each day.
• Act as the central point of contact for questions about hirify.global and its programs.
• Support member enrollment and program completion while maintaining a phone answer rate above 80%.
• Maintain a customer satisfaction score of at least 92%.
• Report product bugs to the engineering team with detailed descriptions and supporting data.

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish and English communication skills, with exceptional verbal and written communication.
• 1–3 years of experience as a customer support representative.
• Experience with CRM and customer service tools; hirify.global uses Insightly CRM and HubSpot.
• Ability to prioritize high-volume work while maintaining accurate, empathetic, and high-quality interactions.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, patience, organization, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with computers and ability to quickly learn and use multiple programs.

Nice to have

• Experience interacting directly with older adults in a senior living, fitness, patient advocacy, care coordination, or digital health setting.
• Experience with HubSpot, Insightly, Slack, or JustCall.
