Learning & Development Trainer

What you will do

• Design, curate, and facilitate interactive learning experiences for employees and targeted audiences.
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, web-based, onboarding, and job-specific training programs.
• Partner with HR team members, managers, and senior managers to address business challenges through training.
• Develop readiness, deployment, assessment, reinforcement, and communication strategies for learning initiatives.
• Create surveys, analyze findings, report on outcomes, and improve training based on feedback.
• Provide onboarding support, train-the-trainer sessions, learning paths, and follow-up communications.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or a related field.
• Ability to deliver engaging and interactive training sessions for individuals and groups.
• Proficiency with e-learning tools and software, plus strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, documentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
