Manager, Talent Development EMEA

Location: Slough, United Kingdom; flexible hybrid work model with purposeful in-person collaboration.

Gross annual salary: GBP 69,040–81,985, plus a target bonus of 15% of base salary.

What you will do

• Lead Organization Development & Inclusion strategy and execution across the EMEA region.
• Partner with People & Culture Business Partners and business leaders to diagnose organizational challenges and create scalable solutions.
• Own regional talent processes, including talent planning, performance management, succession planning, and career development.
• Design and facilitate leadership development, team effectiveness, organizational capability, and change enablement initiatives.
• Use workforce insights, engagement data, organizational diagnostics, and stakeholder feedback to measure impact and guide decisions.
• Manage regional vendors, budgets, resources, governance, and project plans while partnering with the Global OD&I Center of Excellence.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in organizational development, talent management, organizational effectiveness, change management, learning and development, or a related People & Culture discipline.
• Experience leading regional or enterprise-wide initiatives and enterprise talent processes in a global, matrixed organization.
• Strong consulting, facilitation, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing across functions, cultures, and leadership levels without direct authority.
• Ability to translate global strategies and frameworks into locally relevant, governed, and scalable solutions.
• Fluent English required; proficiency in an additional European language is preferred.

Nice to have

• Certification in assessment tools such as DISC, Insights Discovery, Hogan, MBTI, or ESCI 360.
