Senior Director, Construction and Facilities Supply Chain (CFSC)

What you will do

• Lead worldwide construction and facilities supply chain activities, including sourcing, contracting, logistics, real estate, utilities, infrastructure, and delivery.
• Develop commercial, contracting, negotiation, scope, and budget strategies for large-scale construction programs.
• Lead pre-construction planning, supplier engagement, proposal development, and pricing strategy.
• Manage supplier performance, contractual commitments, corrective actions, claims, cost, and cycle-time improvements.
• Partner with construction execution teams, Foundry partners, customers, and executive stakeholders to optimize capacity delivery.
• Build and lead a high-performing global organization focused on accountability, urgency, collaboration, and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an engineering or MBA background is strongly desired.
• 15+ years of experience in construction contracts, program management, or related fields.
• Progressive leadership experience in a high-growth, fast-paced organization.
• Experience growing and managing a large construction organization supporting large-scale, multi-billion-dollar projects.
• Executive presence and experience engaging suppliers at the C-suite level.
• Ability to lead effectively in a highly matrixed development environment.
