Executive Project Manager - Data Centers

Location: Virtual; position associated with Davidson, North Carolina, United States

Annual base salary: $123,721.66–$199,300.00

What you will do

• Lead post-order execution for large, strategic data center customers from order readiness and factory intake through production, shipment, field deployment, and final handoff.
• Own customer relationships, provide execution transparency, and serve as the primary point of contact for complex programs.
• Coordinate engineering, factory operations, logistics, sales, quality, and regional execution teams.
• Manage risks, escalations, scope changes, schedules, technical requirements, commercial requirements, and logistical requirements.
• Ensure documentation, storage, handling, shipment, compliance, and quality requirements are complete and delivered on time.
• Identify process gaps and develop repeatable best practices for complex customer program delivery.

Requirements

• Significant experience managing large, complex, customer-facing projects or programs, ideally in data centers, critical infrastructure, HVAC, or industrial equipment.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills across engineering, operations, logistics, sales, quality, and field execution.
• Experience managing projects from order intake through manufacturing, shipment, deployment, and final handoff.
• Proven ability to manage strategic customer relationships and act as a trusted point of contact.
• Strong project execution, risk management, escalation handling, schedule coordination, quality assurance, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to improve processes and maintain consistency across regions.
