What you will do

• Respond to customer needs accurately and promptly using available banking resources and tools.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable financial products and services.
• Perform teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
• Achieve individual and team goals across sales, service, and branch operations.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations, bank policies, audits, and operational requirements.
• Support banking centers within the region and build collaborative relationships with branch teams and business lines.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of customer service and needs-based banking sales experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of banking products and services and branch transaction-processing systems.
• Strong customer service, motivation, adaptability, teamwork, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
• Established work history or equivalent experience, training, military service, or education.
