What you will do

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Identify financial goals and recommend suitable deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.
• Grow and retain customer relationships through appointments, referrals, follow-up programs, and partner networks.
• Educate customers about online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Refer customers to other bank areas and build strong internal partnerships.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or a comparable military administration, contracting, or civil affairs role.
• Fingerprinting and additional background checks are required under NMLS regulations.
• Applicants must already be authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build, deepen, and retain relationships.
• Knowledge of banking products, consumer and business deposits, lending, investments, sales, and customer service is preferred.
