Director, Technology Solutions - Provider Solutions Engineering

Location: Dallas, TX, United States

Salary: $172,200–$236,900 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Set the technology strategy and future-state vision for provider engagement and the end-to-end provider experience.
• Lead large-scale transformation, platform modernization, and delivery of provider-facing and associate-facing technology solutions.
• Drive adoption of modern CRM capabilities, AI-powered solutions, automation, Agile, DevSecOps, and quality engineering practices.
• Oversee platform reliability, resiliency, security, compliance, scalability, interoperability, and operational excellence.
• Manage technology investments, budgets, resource allocation, vendors, and delivery governance.
• Build and develop high-performing engineering teams and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Requirements

• 10+ years of CRM platform engineering experience, including Salesforce, Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and large-scale CRM implementations.
• Deep expertise in provider engagement technologies within healthcare, payer, or provider organizations.
• Experience designing API-driven integrations across relationship management, provider portals, workflow platforms, and enterprise systems.
• Experience with cloud-native architecture, microservices, event-driven integration, and enterprise-scale platform modernization.
• Proven experience delivering AI-enabled capabilities, automation, and workflow solutions.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements, including CMS interoperability, provider data, privacy, security, and compliance.
