TL;DR
Business Analyst Intern (Business Analysis/Data): Gathering and refining business requirements, analyzing processes and data, and creating reports and dashboards for informed decision-making with an accent on stakeholder collaboration, digital transformation, and structured documentation. Focus on identifying trends and improvement opportunities, supporting testing and prioritization, and aligning solutions with business objectives.
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; hybrid work arrangement. Open to Saudi nationals currently based in Saudi Arabia only.

What you will do
- Gather, document, and refine business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Analyze business processes and support business transformation and digital initiatives.
- Collect and interpret data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
- Create reports, dashboards, presentations, and recommendations for business decision-making.
- Collaborate with business, sales, technical, internal, and external stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives.
- Support project delivery through planning, testing, prioritization, progress tracking, workshops, and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, IT, engineering, or a related field.
- Recent graduate or early-career professional with up to 1–2 years of experience, including internships.
- Foundational understanding of business analysis principles, methodologies, and processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work with data and derive insights.
- Professional fluency in written and spoken English and native Arabic are required.

- Experience with Excel, Power BI, or similar data analysis tools.
