Solution Architect (iGaming)

What you will do

• Establish, ratify, and advocate principles and practices for managing key application assets.
• Own the design and delivery of complex, performance-intensive products.
• Advise and support multidisciplinary Engineering teams throughout delivery.
• Collaborate with Architecture and Engineering communities to maintain conceptual integrity and evolve the solution portfolio.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to Engineering teams.
• Create and maintain architecture documentation using Confluence and diagramming tools such as Draw.io, Gliffy, and Lucid.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience designing and delivering complex distributed systems, including microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with data modelling across relational, key-value, graph, and other persistence paradigms.
• Hands-on experience with Postgres, Apache Kafka, and Kubernetes.
• Engineering background with verifiable expertise in one or more contemporary programming languages, such as Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or Rust.
• Ability to liaise actively with technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication, leadership, collaboration, commercial acumen, and people-focused skills.
