Domain Architect - AI (Generative AI/Machine Learning): Defining architecture capabilities, roadmaps, and target-state designs for scalable AI platforms supporting generative AI, agentic AI, and machine learning solutions with an accent on security, governance, compliance, and enterprise integration. Focus on evaluating AI technologies, guiding engineering teams, and designing resilient, observable solutions for production environments.
Location: Hybrid working arrangement with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home per week; the role shapes AI capabilities across Zurich Australia and New Zealand.

What you will do
- Define and evolve AI capabilities supporting generative AI, agentic AI, and machine learning solutions at scale.
- Develop architecture roadmaps, capability models, and target-state designs for AI platforms.
- Provide technical leadership to engineering teams integrating AI into business solutions.
- Evaluate, select, and govern AI technologies aligned with innovation and business outcomes.
- Translate business and technology requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Drive best practices across AI architecture, security, data privacy, compliance, and governance.
Requirements
- Significant experience in architecture roles involving target states, roadmaps, capability models, and solution designs.
- Experience designing and delivering AI and machine learning solutions into production.
- Strong knowledge of AI non-functional requirements, including scalability, resilience, observability, and governance.
- Hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript, and leading generative AI frameworks.
- Experience guiding engineers and technical leaders in delivering solutions aligned with architectural intent.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications and API-based integration patterns.
