What you will do

• Support the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives and projects at European level.
• Collect and analyze ESG data and prepare sustainability materials aligned with CSRD and ESRS requirements.
• Contribute to sustainability culture initiatives, internal communications, and stakeholder engagement.
• Conduct market research, benchmarking, and analysis of market trends and competitors.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and project updates for internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with different functions on cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Sustainability Management, ESG, Economics, Management Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of sustainability topics, ESG frameworks, and corporate sustainability reporting.
• Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Proactive attitude, curiosity, and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Previous internship or project experience in sustainability, ESG consulting, or corporate sustainability.
• Knowledge of CSRD/ESRS regulation and sustainability reporting.
