Operational Excellence Specialist (Salesforce)

Total compensation: from €52,000 gross per year, including a 20% variable bonus based on goal achievement.

What you will do

• Translate service and process needs into functional and technical solution requirements.
• Own and coordinate strategic initiatives involving Salesforce and connected service systems.
• Map processes, define performance metrics, and work with service teams to measure results.
• Drive Salesforce Service capabilities, including flows and automations, with IT and external partners.
• Coordinate integrations, data flows, dependencies, priorities, and implementation progress across the service-system landscape.
• Identify improvement opportunities and ensure solutions remain scalable, maintainable, and aligned with future service architecture.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Professional experience with enterprise applications and process improvement.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, data models, workflow automation, and integrations.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical requirements.
• Good understanding of APIs, system interfaces, and enterprise data flows.
• Excellent English communication skills required. Italian and German are advantageous.
