What you will do

• Prepare quantitative projections on R&D pipeline costs, resources, and workloads, collaborating with stakeholders like GPMs and GPLs.
• Support R&D headcount planning, strategy definition, and pipeline reviews with robust analyses and PTRS updates.
• Design and manage standardized project cards for consistent evaluation of internal and external opportunities.
• Maintain and improve long-term planning processes, tools like Planisware, and reporting systems such as Innovation Dashboard and BOARD.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment on project assumptions and facilitate XRC meetings for prioritization.

Requirements

• Fluency in English.
• Management Engineering/Business Economics degree with Pharma R&D/product innovation experience or Scientific degree with MBA/relevant experience.
• Knowledge of business administration, economics, new product development, pharmaceutical processes, project/performance management, data analytics, and digital tools.
• Excellent Excel skills, experience with enterprise PPM systems, ERPs, BI tools; proven track in R&D strategy/portfolio/business planning in pharma/biotech.
• Strong analytical skills with forecasting/simulation tools, communication, cross-functional collaboration, strategic mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with Planisware/SAP, Power BI.
• Predictive/optimization models, data science tools/programming, AI/machine learning.
