Registered Nurse - Cardiology (Cardiology)

Location: Palos Heights, Illinois, United States; onsite day shift

Salary: USD 34.50–55.20 per hour

What you will do

• Provide direct nursing care and assess patients’ physiological, biopsychosocial, and learning needs.
• Plan, implement, monitor, and document patient care and responses to therapeutic interventions.
• Direct support personnel during assigned shifts and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams.
• Communicate with patients, families, and clinical colleagues about care and patient status.
• Implement clinical interventions, maintain patient safety, and participate in quality improvement activities.
• Follow applicable nursing policies, care standards, research protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Current Registered Professional Nurse license or eligibility for licensure in Illinois.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Basic Life Support CPR certification.
• One year of experience is preferred.
• Completion of a criminal background check is required for newly hired team members and some internal transfers.
