Learning Operations Manager

Location: Lewisberry, Wilkes-Barre, Jessup, or Pittston, Pennsylvania, United States. On-site role supporting a seven-day distribution operation; travel is required.

What you will do

• Lead and support the development of Learning Coordinators and on-the-floor trainers, providing regular performance feedback.
• Identify learning-process gaps in consultation with Operations teams and design training programs based on organizational needs.
• Recruit, observe, and develop trainers responsible for process training.
• Conduct train-the-trainer, leadership, remediation, and role-specific learning sessions.
• Coordinate training across shifts and operational areas while maintaining communication with Operations, HR, Recruiting, and other teams.
• Maintain knowledge of operational processes and assess training effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of successful training experience, including demonstrated ability to deliver and create training.
• 2–4+ years guiding a team in training, learning, HR, or a similar function.
• 2–4+ years of experience in operations or process improvement.
• Understanding of fulfillment, distribution-center, and warehouse processes and flow.
• Proficiency with computers, email, and Microsoft Office; strong communication, analytical, planning, relationship-building, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Instructional design experience using ADDIE, TWI, or similar models.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma process-improvement methodologies.
• Experience working in a fast-paced distribution environment and completing projects under tight deadlines.
