Location: Upstream Building AR Bentonville Home Office, Bentonville, Arkansas, United States

Annual salary: $110,000–$220,000 in Bentonville or $143,000–$286,000 in Sunnyvale, plus potential performance bonuses and stock.

What you will do

• Shape product strategy across the B2B commerce portfolio using domain expertise and data-driven insights.
• Define and prioritize customer problems and manage roadmaps from discovery through scaled launch.
• Build customer experiences across shopping, discovery, checkout, and account management for business buyers.
• Embed AI and machine learning into intelligent routing, personalized recommendations, delivery promises, and demand forecasting.
• Advance fulfillment, returns, and order orchestration for speed and reliability at scale.
• Establish success metrics, run experiments, and influence enterprise prioritization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience with a strong eCommerce and B2B foundation.
• Experience shipping AI and machine learning-powered products in production at scale.
• Experience across customer-facing commerce products, fulfillment, and returns platforms.
• Ability to manage complex multi-area roadmaps and lead cross-functional teams through scaled launches.
• Strong data fluency in experimentation, advanced analytics, and opportunity sizing.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for enterprise-level influence.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related area.
• Supervisory experience and experience with consumer-facing, large-scale B2B/C products.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility practices.
