Staff Product Manager (AI)

Location: Bentonville, Arkansas, United States — Change Building AR Bentonville Home Office; onsite role.

Annual salary: $110,000–$220,000 in Bentonville; $143,000–$286,000 in Sunnyvale, California. Additional performance bonuses and, for certain positions, stock may apply.

What you will do

• Lead strategy and execution for complex products from discovery through value realization.
• Use customer research, journey mapping, feedback, and data analysis to prioritize product initiatives.
• Define and communicate multi-quarter product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and Analytics on product lifecycle management, risk management, and launch readiness.
• Apply experimentation and data-driven decision-making to validate assumptions and improve product performance.
• Mentor product managers and influence technical direction without direct authority.

Requirements

• 7 years of product management experience with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or 9 years of product management or related experience.
• Experience defining and executing end-to-end product strategy and roadmaps for complex products.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Advanced capabilities in analytics, experimentation, and AI feature assessment.
• Technical understanding of system architecture, cloud services, and emerging technologies.
• Ability to work at the Bentonville, Arkansas home office in the United States.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related area.
• Experience with consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B or B2C products.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices.
