Clinical Operations Coordinator, RN

Location: 2127 Midlands Court, Sycamore, Illinois, United States; onsite

Salary: $38.50–$61.60 per hour

What you will do

• Supervise clinical support staff, distribute workloads, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources across practice operations.
• Coordinate provider and staff schedules to improve patient access, productivity, efficiency, and satisfaction.
• Lead daily clinical operations, manage medical-surgical supplies, and operate within budget guidelines.
• Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance reviews, progressive discipline, and staff development.
• Monitor data accuracy, workflows, compliance, policies, and service quality across one or more sites or departments.
• Resolve complex patient, staff, and customer situations while maintaining patient dignity and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Current state licensure or certification from an accepted clinical accrediting institution.
• Licensed registered nurse with a BSN, or degree completion within two years of hire.
• Minimum of five years of clinical experience.
• Basic Life Support certification from an American Heart Association-accredited source.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Background check required for newly hired team members and certain internal transfers.

Nice to have

• Two years of experience in an ambulatory clinic practice setting.
• Supervisory experience.
