Project Manager, EMEA (MEP/Technical Facilities)

Location: Office-based in Dublin, Ireland or Cambridge, UK; must be based in Dublin, Ireland, with support for projects across EMEA. Requires approximately 25–40% travel throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

What you will do

• Manage capital, infrastructure, laboratory, workplace, and technical facilities projects across the EMEA portfolio.
• Lead projects from scope definition and design through permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, handover, and close-out.
• Manage budgets, schedules, forecasts, cost estimates, change requests, contracts, invoices, and project reporting.
• Coordinate business leaders, facilities, engineering, IT, security, EH&S, procurement, finance, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Conduct site visits, assess progress and risks, validate milestones, and support issue resolution across multiple countries.
• Ensure compliance with local planning, permitting, building, health, and safety requirements throughout EMEA.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, architecture, construction management, project management, or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of project management experience and at least 5 years in engineering, construction, facilities, or project delivery.
• Experience with technology, semiconductor, manufacturing, laboratory, data centre, mission-critical, workplace fit-out, or corporate real estate projects.
• Strong understanding of construction practices, permitting, project delivery methodologies, MEP systems, budgets, procurement, contracts, and change management.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders across diverse cultural, regulatory, and business environments.
• Must be based in Dublin, Ireland, with approximately 25–40% travel across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

• Experience delivering projects across multiple sites, countries, or jurisdictions.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled project management and workflow automation tools.
