Location: 351 Delnor Rd., Geneva, Illinois, United States; onsite, day shift

Salary: USD 34.50–55.20 per hour

What you will do

• Assess patients and plan, implement, document, and evaluate nursing care.
• Provide direct patient care and clinical interventions for assigned patients.
• Monitor patient responses to therapeutic interventions and communicate status to patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Direct support personnel during assigned shifts and maintain patient, staff, and visitor safety.
• Contribute to care planning, quality improvement activities, research protocols, and safe resource use.
• Advocate for patients and support collaborative, compassionate clinical practice.

Requirements

• Current Registered Professional Nurse license or eligibility in the State of Illinois
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Basic Life Support CPR certification.
• Clinical competence, accountability, patient advocacy, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Nice to have
