What you will do

• Supervise, orient, train, and evaluate the competency of clinic staff and volunteers.
• Oversee the efficient functioning of clinic sessions to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Provide follow-up and continuity of care for low-income, uninsured patients.
• Manage clinical operations independently in the absence of the Clinic Director.
• Collaborate with providers to deliver comprehensive medical services, medications, and referrals.

Requirements

• State of Connecticut Registered Nurse (RN) licensure (or the ability to obtain).
• Professional fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
• US work authorization required.
• Proficiency in Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Demonstrated ability to manage clinical operations, staff, and competing priorities.
• Experience using Electronic Health Records (EHR).

Nice to have

• Experience with Athena EHR.
• Previous managerial experience or experience overseeing operations in a clinic setting.
