Registered Nurse Ambulatory - Neuro Specialties - Full Time (Neurology)

Location: Manchester, NH, United States. Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; onsite ambulatory clinical care.

What you will do

• Provide nursing care for patients and families with basic to complex needs.
• Educate patients about neurological diagnoses, treatment options, advanced therapies, and infusion treatments.
• Perform symptom assessment, clinical triage, care coordination, and treatment support.
• Collaborate with providers, specialty pharmacies, infusion centers, insurers, caregivers, and community organizations.
• Advocate for patients, address barriers to treatment, and support self-management and independence.
• Apply evidence-based practice, clinical decision-making, and critical thinking to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• New Hampshire Registered Nurse or Compact State Registered Nurse license required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain BLS qualification during employment.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, triage, critical-thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
