Senior Director Finance, GTM (Fintech)

Location: Remote US

Salary: $191,000–$300,000 annual base salary

What you will do

• Own financial planning, forecasting, and performance management for the go-to-market business.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Operations to improve growth speed and efficiency.
• Analyze unit economics, acquisition funnels, customer segments, cohort performance, and customer lifetime value.
• Evaluate new insurance products, partnership offerings, business opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop financial performance metrics and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders and company leadership.
• Interface with external partners through Corporate Development or Business Development activities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience, including experience in strategic finance, FP&A, BizOps, investment banking, private equity, growth equity, or consulting.
• 6–8+ years in Strategic Finance, FP&A, or BizOps roles at a direct-to-consumer or fintech company.
• Deep expertise in GTM unit economics, growth efficiency metrics, acquisition funnels, cohort analysis, and customer lifetime value.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and highly detailed levels and influence cross-functional partners.
• Quantitative degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Must be based in the United States for this remote role.

Nice to have

• SQL knowledge.
• Prior Corporate Development or Business Development experience.
• Material commercial due diligence or private equity experience.
