Weekender Registered Nurse CDH OR Full-time Rotating

Location: 25 N. Winfield Rd., Winfield, Illinois, United States; onsite, full-time rotating shift

Salary: $37.00–$59.20 per hour

What you will do

• Provide professional nursing care to acutely ill patients through assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation.
• Collect and analyze clinical data, establish expected outcomes, and develop individualized care plans.
• Coordinate care with patients, families, physicians, ancillary staff, and other health team members.
• Direct and evaluate the work of assistants involved in patient care.
• Document patient responses and care decisions in the health record.
• Participate in shared governance, committee work, unit projects, and evidence-based practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Current Illinois Registered Professional Nurse license required.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, analytical, and clinical documentation skills.
• Emergency Room assignments require ACLS and PALS/ENPC and TNCC within one year of hire.
• Pediatric Emergency Room assignments require Pediatric Advanced Life Support and TNCC within one year of hire; Prepost PACU assignments require PALS and ACLS.

Nice to have

• Experience in the specific clinical area.
• Trauma Nurse Specialist, Emergency Communications Registered Nurse, Certified Pediatric Nurse, or Certified Emergency Nurse credentials.
