Industrial Project Manager (Industrial)

Location: Halle, Germany; occasional travel required for project activities.

What you will do

• Lead industrial projects from initial planning through execution, commissioning, start-up, and completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, and requirements.
• Coordinate and motivate multidisciplinary project teams and organize stakeholder meetings.
• Monitor schedules, costs, risks, documentation, and overall project progress.
• Prepare status reports, maintain customer relationships, and support project reviews.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation actions, and improve project management processes.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• 4–6 years of experience in industrial project management.
• Experience in an industrial environment such as pharmaceutical, food, chemical, or similar industries.
• Experience managing projects in an international customer-supplier environment.
• Strong project management, organizational, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English and Dutch, written and spoken, required; occasional travel required.
