Manager - Infrastructure Governance & FinOps

Location: Full-time onsite employment at the hirify.global Chesapeake, Virginia Store Support Center; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Salary: $120,000–$135,000 projected annual salary

What you will do

• Own governance frameworks for infrastructure vendors, service providers, contracts, assets, and FinOps.
• Track vendor SLA/KPI performance, lead QBRs and MBRs, maintain risk registers, and oversee BPO accountability.
• Lead cost visibility, chargeback/showback, forecasting, anomaly monitoring, and optimization across Azure, GCP, OCI, and on-premises infrastructure.
• Govern the full IT asset lifecycle, CMDB accuracy, hardware refresh schedules, software licensing, and depreciation reporting.
• Manage infrastructure technology contracts, renewals, amendments, procurement evaluations, and SLA obligations.
• Prepare executive dashboards, governance scorecards, board-level summaries, and compliance documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT governance, vendor management, FinOps, or IT asset management in a large enterprise environment.
• 3+ years of direct accountability for technology contracts, vendor performance, or infrastructure cost management.
• Experience with multi-vendor, BPO-partnered IT delivery models and large-scale distributed environments.
• Knowledge of Azure, GCP, OCI, hybrid cloud cost structures, CMDB and asset lifecycle processes, software licensing, and FinOps tooling.
• Proven contract lifecycle management, vendor governance, SLA tracking, executive reporting, financial modeling, and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• FinOps Certified Practitioner, ITIL v4, CTPP, or IAITAM certification.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITAM/SAM, Flexera, or Snow Software.
• Experience in large-format retail or TSA governance environments.
