Human Resources Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Griffin, Georgia, United States; onsite five days a week with a 6:30am daily start. Domestic relocation is available for qualified candidates. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $112,710–$169,060 per year, plus potential annual bonus.

hirify.global manufactures construction and mining equipment, engines, industrial gas turbines, and diesel-electric locomotives, with the Griffin facility producing industrial and Perkins engines.

What you will do

• Implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives for the manufacturing facility.
• Advise management on HR priorities, policies, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits.
• Promote employee engagement, retention, performance, and talent development.
• Analyze HR metrics and develop data-driven recommendations for senior management.
• Lead HR professionals and collaborate with Centers of Excellence and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience desired.
• Ability to work onsite five days per week and start at 6:30am daily.
• Flexibility to work early or late shifts to support a multiple-shift operation.
• Knowledge of business concepts, organizational structure, decision-making, leadership, and data reporting.
• Knowledge of employee relations, legal obligations, and talent management.
