Machine Operator (RDC) - 3rd Shift (Packaging Manufacturing)

Location: Landisville, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite role

Starting salary: $27.77 per hour

What you will do

• Support manufacturing operations by increasing productivity and reducing machine downtime and material waste.
• Lead machine crews through setups and changeovers, including mounting printing plates and cutting dies.
• Perform quality checks to verify product dimensions and identify material defects.
• Follow company safety rules and lockout-tagout procedures.
• Diagnose and solve machine issues while handling multiple production requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Work closely with production personnel and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in packaging or another manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work any shift, including overtime and weekends as needed.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to a safe work environment.
