Human Resources Business Partner (Manufacturing & Energy)

Location: Kearny Mesa, San Diego, California, United States; onsite five days a week

Salary: $89,210–$133,810 per year

What you will do

• Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for assigned Solar business units.
• Advise leaders and employees on HR policies, employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, and compensation.
• Partner with frontline manufacturing leaders to identify and prioritize people initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Align HR programs to support employee engagement, retention, performance, and talent development.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and provide recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent related experience and training.
• Experience in employee relations and human resources, including adherence to legal requirements.
• Knowledge of talent management, including attracting, recruiting, retaining, identifying, and developing talent.
• Consulting, influencing, structured problem-solving, and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Availability to work onsite five days per week at the Kearny Mesa San Diego facility.
