HR Partner Director - Advanced Packaging

Salary: $172,000–$237,000 per year

What you will do

• Shape HR strategies and priorities for the advanced packaging business function in alignment with business goals.
• Conduct organizational and talent assessments and build talent pipelines, succession plans, and workforce capabilities.
• Design and implement change management, communication, and employee engagement strategies.
• Partner with and coach executive leadership while influencing complex, high-impact business decisions.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and HR Operations to deliver annual programs and specialized initiatives.
• Lead HR diligence and integration activities for acquisitions and contribute to at least one enterprise-wide initiative annually.

Requirements

• Broad and comprehensive expertise in leading-edge HR theories, techniques, and technologies.
• Experience influencing internal and external business or regulatory issues affecting the organization.
• Leadership experience with highly visible multidisciplinary projects or initiatives.
• Ability to solve complex problems using innovative approaches and influence senior management, customers, regulators, or vendors.
• Experience using workforce analytics tools and systems such as Workday.
• Ability to work in Santa Clara, California; the role is not relocation eligible.
