Senior Multinational Client Executive (Insurance)

What you will do

• Manage the multinational service delivery and client experience for an assigned portfolio of Tier 1 multinational programs.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, brokers, clients, underwriters, distribution, claims, legal, credit, and reinsurance teams throughout the program lifecycle.
• Provide technical expertise on complex multinational program structures, captive fronting, indemnity arrangements, reinsurance, and local regulatory requirements.
• Oversee policy and invoice documentation, service-level agreements, service fees, cash flow to captives, collateral, exposure, and credit risk controls.
• Coordinate high-limit referrals, risk transfer validations, peer reviews, compliance documentation, and approval processes.
• Support portfolio growth through target development, market representation, business development, training, and thought leadership.

Requirements

• Significant commercial insurance experience, preferably in client servicing within a broker or insurance company.
• Strong technical knowledge of complex multinational programs, reinsurance structures, and multinational insurance processes.
• Experience working with multinational corporations, senior client personnel, and risk managers.
• Experience structuring and executing global fronting programs involving captive and indemnity arrangements.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
