Logistics Agent (Aerospace)

Location: Belfast, United Kingdom; fully on-site with permanent continental shift work

hirify.global develops advanced aerostructures and aircraft systems, with the Belfast site supporting wing design, manufacturing, and in-service programmes.

What you will do

• Manage kit deliveries, buffer locations, and parts flow from warehouse call-off to Assembly and Fabrications drop zones.
• Act as the shop-floor supply chain focal point in daily meetings with operations, planners, lead hands, quality, and service providers.
• Resolve constraints, coordinate recovery plans, and manage competing production priorities.
• Process non-conformances, scrap, rejections, loose-item shipments, and part shortages in logistics and quality systems.
• Conduct shop-floor audits and maintain accurate data and operational documentation in systems such as TIPQA and MAXIM.

Requirements

• HNC plus at least 2 years of relevant experience, or 3 or more years of direct relevant experience without further formal education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced production environment while managing schedule, cost, and lean-inventory priorities.
• Proficiency with dynamic and static data analytics, MRP or non-conformance systems, and office productivity applications.
• Availability for permanent continental shift work in a fully on-site Logistics role is required.
• BPSS and Export Control checks, including a criminal record check, are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in a manufacturing industry.
