Hourly pay rate: $21.00–$25.00

What you will do

• Analyze investment operations activities and gather business requirements from business users.
• Translate industry, company, and customer needs into systems technology solutions and enhancements.
• Collaborate with QA and automated testing teams on test plans, performance and load testing, and regression testing.
• Analyze and interpret trends in large datasets to support business decisions.
• Support cross-departmental projects and follow the MFS software development lifecycle.
• Create training materials and business documentation for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student in a college or university co-op program.
• Available for a six-month commitment from January 6 through June 25, 2027, Monday through Friday, for 35–40 hours per week.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical skills and the ability to make independent decisions.
• Ability to develop creative solutions for business needs.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
