Internship - 2027 MBA IT Enterprise Application Intern

Location: On-site in Maplewood, Minnesota, United States; work at the hirify.global Center at least four days per week.

What you will do

• Engage in IT projects addressing real business challenges and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Partner with process teams to understand changing technical and functional system requirements.
• Develop solution options for business requirements and recommend a preferred approach.
• Collaborate with business users to identify required system modifications and enhancements.
• Drive project results toward execution and alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Complete at least one semester of MBA coursework by the start of the internship.
• Hold a current cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
• Demonstrate business operations acumen, problem-solving ability, and strong collaboration skills.
• Have foundational knowledge of technical applications and infrastructure.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.
