What you will do

• Lead strategic workstreams covering new products, market segments, and corporate growth priorities.
• Present recommendations and strategic analyses to C-suite and executive leadership.
• Research new sectors and evaluate strategic investment opportunities.
• Build unit economics analyses and ROI models to support major strategic and capital allocation decisions.
• Connect Product, Commercial, and Finance teams to translate corporate priorities into execution.
• Develop perspectives and research on banking, fintech trends, and AI-driven banking, including executive whitepapers and market studies.

Requirements

• Experience leading end-to-end strategic initiatives in a fast-paced business environment.
• Commercial mindset and ability to drive measurable business outcomes.
• Strong research, quantitative analysis, financial modelling, and investment evaluation skills.
• Ability to communicate recommendations to senior leadership and work across Product, Commercial, Finance, and Marketing.
• Interest in banking technology, financial technology trends, and AI-driven banking paradigms.
