Chief Financial Officer (Fintech)

Location: San Francisco, United States. U.S. work authorization is required; the company participates in E-Verify.

Salary: $250,000–$400,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.

hirify.global provides infrastructure for money movement, including developer tools, a unified API for fiat and stablecoins, compliance, ledgering, and reporting.

What you will do

• Partner with the CEO and management team on company strategy, operating model, organizational design, and resource allocation.
• Guide product strategy, pricing, packaging, partner negotiations, and the economics of the payments business.
• Lead capital raises, debt facilities, M&A, and other strategic transactions.
• Communicate financial performance, outlook, and strategy to the Board, investors, and external stakeholders.
• Build and scale a high-performing finance organization as the business grows.
• Define and implement how AI improves finance operations and capabilities.

Requirements

• Strategic judgment, commercial instincts, and strong financial depth.
• Experience leading strategic transactions such as capital raises, debt financings, or M&A.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills with boards, investors, and external stakeholders.
• Experience operating in a high-growth startup.
• Fintech experience in infrastructure or application-layer businesses; payments experience is strongly valued.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
