What you will do

• Lead money movement operations for the U.S. Pro and Ready platforms, including payroll processing, taxes, collections, and reconciliation.
• Oversee payment flows of approximately $350 billion annually while maintaining operational excellence and fiduciary compliance.
• Define and execute strategic payment product and technology initiatives across hirify.global National Trust Bank and hirify.global.
• Integrate API, AI, cloud, and payment-rail technologies to improve automation, efficiency, security, and scalability.
• Manage operational risk, internal controls, regulatory change, AML, third-party risk, and compliance initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing money movement operations team.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive senior leadership experience in SaaS-based companies involving money movement, product strategy, systems integration, compliance, and technology transformation.
• Expertise in end-to-end money movement operations, payment systems, and secure fund flows.
• Experience in regulated fintech, financial services, or public-company environments, including regulations such as NACHA, OFAC, and FinCEN.
• Experience with payment product development, systems architecture, AI, APIs, cloud technologies, analytics, and reporting.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, present executive reports, and drive strategic initiatives.
• Employment is based in the United States, with the position located in Lowell, Massachusetts.
