What you will do

• Manage individual work streams for the delivery and implementation of bespoke AI solutions.
• Work with life sciences stakeholders to understand mission-critical challenges and user needs.
• Conduct open-source analysis to support the development of AI tools.
• Translate operational requirements into clear user stories for delivery and engineering teams.
• Design and test workflows that support user-centric decision-making in high-stakes environments.
• Collaborate with technical teams and contribute to internal strategy, thought leadership, and capability development.

Requirements

• Experience working on AI implementation or data-intensive projects in a commercial setting.
• Experience in a life sciences company or with life sciences clients.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and ability to synthesise complex information.
• External client-facing experience and a record of building trusted relationships.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, iterative development, and continuous delivery.
• Proactive approach to ambiguity, initiative, and problem-solving.
