Business Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Collect, analyze, interpret, and visualize data for business enablement projects.
• Generate insights and recommendations using Power BI and Microsoft Power Platform tools.
• Synthesize insights from machine learning and AI agents and support experiments and validations.
• Develop mathematical and financial models, data-driven applications, dashboards, and data stories.
• Participate in data quality governance, including processes, standards, and rules.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to team members, partners, and senior management.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, business management, finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 2–4 years of experience in business or financial data analytics, database management, statistical analysis, or a related field.
• Knowledge of data analysis, business intelligence, data management, data modeling, data visualization, data warehousing, ETL, and statistics.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Power Apps.
• Ability to work independently on moderate-scope problems and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Python, R, or SQL experience.
• Experience with machine learning, financial analytics, Agile methodology, and Microsoft 365.
