What you will do
- Define and implement value measurement frameworks for enterprise AI products and programs.
- Establish baseline metrics, success criteria, and realised business outcomes with stakeholders across operating companies.
- Define and track productivity, revenue, quality, customer experience, and cost-saving metrics.
- Design, build, and maintain executive dashboards and scorecards using Power BI and other analytics platforms.
- Analyse complex datasets from multiple enterprise systems and provide actionable recommendations to business and technology leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data analytics, statistics, computer science, engineering, mathematics, business analytics, or a related field.
- Seven or more years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, value realisation, strategy analytics, financial analytics, or program analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, reporting tools, SQL, Excel, data visualisation, Python, and the Azure Data Platform.
- Experience defining KPIs, business metrics, and performance measurement frameworks for digital, software, AI, or transformation initiatives.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI, generative AI, machine learning, or digital transformation programs.
- Experience with value realisation, benefits tracking, or portfolio management.
- Experience with Snowflake, Azure Data Lake, Databricks, or similar data platforms.
