TL;DR
Senior C++ Developer (AI): Developing and debugging complex software, coding tasks, and deterministic verification systems for next-generation AI systems with an accent on backend development, algorithms, and performance optimization. Location: Remote; flexible schedule, approximately 15 hours per week.

What you will do
- Develop and debug complex backend software.
- Implement features, improvements, and bug fixes.
- Refactor existing codebases and optimize performance.
- Design realistic coding tasks and deterministic verifiers for evaluating solutions.
- Build scalable services and APIs while applying software engineering and algorithmic principles.
Requirements
- Strong backend development experience.
- Experience with C++, Python, Java, Rust, and TypeScript.
- Knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
- Strong debugging, performance optimization, code review, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with automated testing.
Nice to have
- Cybersecurity or SecOps experience.
