What you will do
- Develop and debug complex backend software.
- Implement new features, improvements, and bug fixes.
- Refactor existing codebases and optimize performance.
- Create realistic coding tasks for evaluating software solutions.
- Design deterministic and reliable verification systems.
- Apply software engineering, algorithmic, and code review principles.
Requirements
- Strong backend development experience.
- Experience building scalable services and APIs.
- Proficiency with Python, Java, Rust, TypeScript, and C++.
- Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
- Strong debugging, performance optimization, automated testing, and problem-solving skills.
- Availability for a contractor engagement of approximately 15 hours per week.
