Location: Remote; flexible schedule
Contractor role for approximately 15 hours per week.

What you will do
- Develop and debug complex backend software for next-generation AI systems.
- Create realistic coding tasks and implement new features and bug fixes.
- Design deterministic verifiers and reliable systems for evaluating solutions.
- Refactor existing codebases and optimize application performance.
- Apply software engineering, algorithmic, and problem-solving principles to challenging coding tasks.
Requirements
- Strong backend development experience.
- Experience building scalable services and APIs.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, Rust, TypeScript, and C++.
- Knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
- Strong debugging, performance optimization, automated testing, and code review skills.
Nice to have
- Cybersecurity or SecOps experience.
