TL;DR
Senior Go Developer (AI): Developing and debugging complex software, implementing features and bug fixes, and building deterministic verifiers for next-generation AI systems with an accent on backend services, APIs, algorithms, and performance optimization. Focus on designing realistic coding tasks, refactoring codebases, creating reliable verification systems, and ensuring automated testability.

Location: Remote; flexible schedule, approximately 15 hours per week

What you will do

  • Develop and debug complex backend software.
  • Implement new features, improvements, and bug fixes.
  • Refactor existing codebases and optimize performance.
  • Design realistic coding tasks for AI system development.
  • Build deterministic verifiers and reliable automated testing systems.
  • Apply software engineering, algorithmic, and code review principles.

Requirements

  • Strong backend development experience.
  • Experience building scalable services and APIs.
  • Proficiency with Go, Python, Java, Rust, TypeScript, and C++.
  • Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
  • Experience with automated testing and codebase refactoring.

Nice to have

  • Cybersecurity or SecOps experience.
