What you will do
- Develop and debug complex software for coding tasks designed to improve next-generation AI systems.
- Implement features, bug fixes, and improvements across existing codebases.
- Refactor and optimize software for performance and maintainability.
- Design realistic coding problems and deterministic verification systems for evaluating solutions.
- Build scalable backend services and APIs using strong software engineering and algorithmic principles.
Requirements
- Strong backend development experience.
- Professional experience with Python, Java, Rust, TypeScript, and C++.
- Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
- Experience with debugging, performance optimization, automated testing, and codebase refactoring.
- Excellent code review and problem-solving abilities.
Nice to have
- Cybersecurity or SecOps experience.
