Senior Manager - Pricing Strategy

Location: London Hub, United Kingdom. Hybrid working with an average of 3 days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Shape and evolve global pricing strategy across thousands of product and market combinations.
• Lead strategic pricing projects balancing consumer value, commercial growth, and profitability.
• Build data-driven recommendations and business cases that improve revenue, margin, and commercial outcomes.
• Partner with Product Development, Finance, Sales, Marketing, regional leadership, and senior stakeholders.
• Develop pricing tools, capabilities, processes, and a long-term pricing strategy roadmap.

Requirements

• Experience delivering advanced pricing and commercial analysis that informs strategic decisions.
• Advanced Excel modelling and complex data modelling experience.
• Experience using data-driven analytics to identify opportunities and improve business performance.
• Experience leading pricing, commercial, finance, consulting, or analytics projects with measurable impact.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align multiple functions behind strategic recommendations.
• Ability to combine commercial judgement with rigorous analytical thinking and communicate complex information clearly.

Nice to have

• SQL experience for extracting, analysing, and interpreting complex business data.
• Experience with Databricks or large-scale database platforms.
• Experience delivering change initiatives or contributing to global transformation programmes.
